There are nearly 200 complaints in the software like fever, headache, nausea, vomiting etc to choose from but one can always add any number of more records in it. We have purposely not entered more records since every clinician has his own way of writing things and it is a possibility that it may not be liked by all

Shortly we are going to include differential diagnosis in the software through which you may be able to diagnose a disease on the basis of signs & symptoms or complaints and investigations & in that case thousands of disease related complaints, signs & symptoms would be in the software.
